Full Clean UK Driving License.
Strong Knowledge of Office 365.
Strong Knowledge of Server Support.
Experience within Microsoft Azure Services.
Experience of leading a team of Engineers.
Over 3 years relevant experience.
Description
Supervise and lead a team of engineers.
Install and configure hardware and software systems.
Respond to client and customer queries and providing technical support.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
Monitor server performance and solving issues as they arise.
Implementing and managing cloud based servers.
Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
Responding to and escalating tickets.
Carry out onsite assistance when required,
