First Line IT Support Engineer

£23,000 Salary

The Role
Provide support to customers remotely and on site when needed.
Troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Work with any customers 3rd party providers to create and update support cases.
Escalate and handover tickets when required.
Provide regular and relevant updates to customers throughout the support process.
Requirements
MSP Experience – Essential
Driving License – Essential
Right to work in the UK – Essential
Minimum 1 year IT Support Experience
IT Support Technician Skill Sets
Previous Experience providing IT support. (essential)
Office 365 experience (essential)
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics (essential)
Windows Workstations and Servers
MSP Environment Experience – Advantageous but not essential
Active Directory
