Job Role: Business Manager - Cambridge Business Support

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus car allowance of £2,000 plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Location: Cambridge Clifton CourtCC7, Clifton Road, Cambridge, CB1 7BN
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working form home
As a Business Manager, you will be motivating and leading a team of already successful consultants, covering the business support and administration sector across the geography of Cambridgeshire. This is a ‘hands-on’ managerial role, running your own desk, which enables personal and team bonus!

What is the day-to-day of the role:
Run your own desk, supporting your team in winning business and filling jobs
Managing the business area with P&L responsibility
Shaping the sales, set the KPI’s – we want a manager who understands the value of input/output and how to grow business over just churning out sales calls
To win new clients
Manage the team with a culture of coaching and development
Manage, develop, and accelerate, our day to day, long-term and permanent income on an ongoing basis
