Senior HR Business Partner / Birmingham (Hybrid) / Up to £55,000
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic professional services firm? We are currently seeking a talented Senior HR Business Partner to join one of our clients in Birmingham. This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with on-site presence. 2 days in office / 3 home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Including initiatives around EDI.
2. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
3. Talent Acquisition: To work with their designated areas of the business in the development of resourcing and talent pipeline initiatives
4. Learning and Development: Design and implement effective training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
5. Performance Management: Drive performance management initiatives, providing guidance to managers and employees to optimize individual and team performance.
6. Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, keeping abreast of legal and regulatory changes.
Experience:
· Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
· Proven ability to lead on HR projects, ideally having had exposure to EDI initiatives
· Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Experience in a professional services environment is essential
Requirements:
· CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
· Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
