Office Manager

HAIL Partners is working a boutique private equity firm based in the West End who are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of the firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing support to senior team members as required.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers, including IT support and maintenance personnel.
Manage office facilities, including coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers, including IT support, cleaning services, and maintenance personnel.
Manage office facilities, including coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed.
Coordinate with accounting personnel to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and reimbursements.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and assist with HR-related inquiries as needed.
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and logistics management.
Leading and project management of an office move.
Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic IT support skills is a plus.
