HR Change Manager

London

We are currently working in partnership with an esteemed Educational Institution , who are looking to appoint an HR Change Manager on a 5-month FTC .

This will be a full-time position based in South East London , with up to two days a week working from home and a salary between £50,653 - £58,084 per annum .

The ideal candidate will have large scale change management and experience working in the public sector.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Supporting on a change programme affecting up to 300 to 400 employees, managing voluntary and involuntary redundancies and conducting consultation meetings

Providing advice and guidance to all affected employees in a sensitive and timely manner

Completing operational work related to the restructure and redundancies including conducting one to one meetings, sending any required documents and letters, creating redundancy schedules and answering any related queries

Supporting on any ad hoc generalist HR work if required

Experience required:

Large scale change management

Balancing multiple HR based responsibilities at once

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Strong communication on micro levels

Working to strict deadlines while still having efficient results
