We are recruiting for an immediate start HR Change Manager for a period of 6 months to work with our client, based in South East London, during a period of organisational transformation. You will manage all operational HR related activities relating to the people aspects of the Transformation Programme including restructuring, employment consultations and dealing with trade unions.
As an experienced HR professional, you will lead and operationally manage our programme of redeployment, helping with job redesign, any voluntary and compulsory redundancies and dealing with required people transition planning. You will be highly organised and efficient at managing and communicating all aspects of the employee consultation process providing support and guidance to those affected by redundancies, whilst overseeing all the associated correspondence.
