REED are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's branch network team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to the Branch customers
Day to Day of the Role: Deliver excellent customer service in line with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with a mature and credible approach when dealing with third parties and colleagues.
Perform high-quality cashiering functions and maintain accurate standing data.
Take responsibility for personal actions, deadlines, and targets.
Demonstrate organisation, initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
Maintain a positive approach towards customers and colleagues.
Perform ad-hoc duties or tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to contribute to team targets and work independently.
Well-organised, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
Working hours Mon - Fri - 8.30 - 5.00pm
Two in every 3 Saturday mornings 8.30 - 12.00
