Role:
Providing 1st and 2nd line support.
Collaborate with help desk team to resolve support calls.
To escalate and work with third parties to appropriately resolve issues.
Conduct audits and make recommendations regarding the customer's IT environment.
Resolve technical issues.
Assist other support team members.
Support in the preparation of technical documents and proposals.
Skills
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar IT role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills when dealing with users.
Ability to work on own initiative – a “can do” attitude with a team player ethic.
Attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes.
Problem-solving skills and ability to think of logical solutions.
A sense of personal responsibility.
Enthusiasm for new technology and willingness to adopt and learn new technology.
