IT Support Analyst required to work for prestigious brand based in Central London. The role is based onsite 5 days a week and you will need to have experience of working within a fast paced environment.
IT Support Analyst Requirements
Comfortable being hands on with dealing with telephony, Wi-Fi, hardware, networks and general office equipment.
Able to be adaptable to dealing with lots of different scenarios on a daily basis.
Willingness to work weekends and late nights when required.
Outstanding communication skills.
IT Support Analyst Responsibilities
Monitor and track support performance across a variety of metrics.
Address issues across a variety of different sites.
Identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions and roadmaps of how to implement.
Work cohesively with MSP's to ensure outstanding service levels are maintained.
Outstanding attention to detail at all times.
Demonstrate problem solving skills at all times.
