Client Details
Page Group are working in partnership with an international business within the manufacturing and tech industry who are looking for a new Customer Service Manager to join their UK Head Office based in Doncaster. This is a key role and will join the UK SLT
Description
Manage the internal customer service function responsible for all B2B customer interactions across the UK
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and inform customers of their order status including and potential changes around dispatch
Review and change operating procedures where required to improve performance and customer satisfaction
Manager and assign engineers responsible for installations and servicing, ensuring resource levels match customer requirements
Ensure repairs and servicing are within contractual SLA's and agreed timescales
Take ownership of escalated customer issues in a timely manor
Liaise with other key international business areas to ensure stock level are able to meet customer demand and understand production lead times
Create and provide reports to key directors around customer satisfaction, OTIF and SLA's
Build strong working relationships with key B2B customers leading to strong retention and customer satisfaction
Profile
Experience managing a similar customer service function
