The Role:
You will be responsible for producing meals every day
Working with other team members to assist growth and progression.
Ensuring specification sheets are followed, to a high standard
Ensuring all food safety and health and safety rules are followed.
Managing time and other team members to ensure targets are met.
The Successful Candidate:
Will have at least 5 years experience at sous chef level.
Will have at least 15 years catering experience.
Excellent organisation and planning skills.
Be positive, dedicated, and energetic.
Strong work ethic and desire to exceed expectations.
A natural ability to help others.
