About the role
To drive revenue growth by generating new sales leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing deals. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting Iceotope's innovative cooling solutions within the technology sector.
You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Iceotope's solutions can address those needs. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Areas of responsibility
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Conduct product presentations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies
Prepare sales contracts and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams
Attend trade shows, conferences, and events
Person specification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Desirable)
2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. (Essential)
Experience in the technology sector (Desirable)
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce (Desirable)
Competent with IT – Office 365
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate key messages effectively and present information and clearly.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
Analaytical, logical and objective with good problem solving skills
Manages own time and priorities
Able to respond to a fluctuating work load and changing priorities
