Human Resources Business Partner Hybrid (Belfast)
The successful applicant will be working in a fast-paced multi-national company alongside established and experienced HR professionals in a multifaceted team environment with exposure to international clients. The role holder will play a key part in the organisation, providing day to day HR support and resolution to employees and managers on HR queries in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Role Requirements
Ensure employment related compliance through strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
· Support employees and managers through the implementation of policy and process.
Experience coaching managers to support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support the key annual HR cycle deliverables through enhancing the employee life cycle - inductions for new employees, training needs analysis and delivery of training to encourage employee development.
Experienced in developing and leading EDI initiatives.
Liaise effectively with various internal stakeholder teams acting as the local point of contact across multi-national and multi-disciplinary teams.
Support and enhance employee engagement demonstrating measurable outcomes.
Ensure service delivery within defined SLA’s with exceptional attention to detail.
Prepare appropriate comprehensive reports and presentations from raw data and make value-add recommendations.
Support the business in employee relations, managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness.
Demonstrable experience in dealing with external bodies e.g., the Equality Commission.
Other HR activities as required.
Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge and experience of Northern Ireland employment legislation.
Proven exposure to and experience of a comprehensive suite of HR activities including employee relations, performance management, handling discipline and grievance.
Demonstrable experience in completing mandatory reports e.g., Annual Returns.
Ability to resolve and coach employees and managers through issues and challenging situations.
· Developing and delivering employee engagement initiatives and demonstrating measurable outcomes.
Ability to work independently; adapt, organise and prioritize tasks in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Strong on MS office suite and database management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education and Experience Requirements
A degree in HR and/or CIPD qualification.
· 3-5 years’ experience as a HR professional in a fast-paced environment.
