Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: £27,000 plus commission
Hours: Full time position 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4pm Friday.

Description:
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive with a proven track record of achieving targets to join a busy and enthusiastic team where you will play a crucial role in driving sales efforts by prospecting and selling products/services to potential business clients.
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers, establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions.

Key Duties:
Conduct outbound sales calls to a list of potential business clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
Effectively present and articulate the product information
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape
Utilise CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
Collaborate with the wider sales team to optimise sales strategies and achieve collective goals
Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
Manage personal quota
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
Previous experience within a similar role
Good standard of education (A-Levels Min)
Computer literate
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to think and react fast and accurately
Excellent negotiation skills
Team player
Target driven
Effective time management
