Executive Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join an entrepreneurial organisation based in Manchester on a permanent basis. This role will suit someone with previous EA experience supporting at a senior level where no job is too big or too small.
There is the potential for the successful candidate to show and grow the role over time, alongside the business, and really add value.
This is a predominantly office based role.
Duties will include:
Diary and meeting management including organising meetings both internally and externally, setting up video conferencing links, ordering catering, booking meeting rooms etc
Compiling of meeting materials including agendas and Board packs, taking minutes and following up on actions
Stakeholder and relationship management including drafting, sending, and tracking invitations and communication as well as updating internal contact database
Inbox management, including responding when required
Assisting with projects – including overseeing and ensuring deadlines are being achieved
Processing expenses
Creating presentations and reports
Maintaining internal filing systems
General administrative support
Person Specification:
Previous EA experience supporting at a senior level within a fast-paced environment
Competent utilising Microsoft office packages
Proactive, able to use initiative and work well under pressure/to tight deadlines
High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Professional and friendly demeanour
Self-motivated but able to work as a team
High level accuracy and excellent literary and numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Flexible approach to ad-hoc tasks and last-minute changes

Salary is up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits.
