Responsibilities:
Prioritise the health and safety of children at all times
Recognize each child's unique learning stage and provide tailored support using age-appropriate methods
Assist with meal times and hygiene routines
Maintain constant vigilance to ensure the safety of children
Cultivate positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues through effective communication
Aid in maintaining accurate records of children's daily activities, including meals and other pertinent details
Take a proactive approach and assist the room leader with tasks and routines
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or obtainable through Randstad)
Previous experience working with children
Level 2 qualification or equivalent preferred
Commitment to safeguarding children
Familiarity with health and safety protocols
Friendly and welcoming demeanour
Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum desirable
