Based in Leeds, our client operates multiple outstanding settings catering to children aged 0-5 years. As a creative practitioner in Early Years, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in the EYFS curriculum while collaborating with professionals in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop creative and age-appropriate activities to support children's specific development
Conduct accurate observations to document each child's progress
Assist with children's hygiene routines and mealtimes
Contribute to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment
Uphold safeguarding protocols and maintain daily diary records
Be an enthusiastic and proactive team member
Support colleagues with key worker responsibilities
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Randstad
Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 is essential
NVQ Level 3 or above/equivalent qualification
Excellent communication skills
Strong work ethic and professional demeanour
Eligibility to work in the UK
Solid knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Desired (but not essential):
Safeguarding training
Paediatric first aid training
Food and hygiene training
Health and safety training
