Sous Chef
Newport
We are hiring for an experienced Sous chef for our upcoming Café Diner in the redevelopment of the historic Stokes Croft Carriageworks site.
With 50 covers, the Café Diner will serve brunch and lunch from a quality led menu, focussing on flavour and value, served with care and attention to detail. Service will shift to a takeaway focus for the evening as the Diner caters for the attached Bar with a concise burger menu.
Taking the site from bare bones, youll be involved in the fit out and getting stuck in right from the foundations of the venue. This is a rare opportunity to lead a compete opening from scratch and be involved in the build and fit out, putting your personality into the venue.
