Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: Mainly remote, UK office based in Milton Keynes with required travel across Europe (Netherlands, Poland, Spain) around 70% of the time Industry: Technical Product Sales Position Overview: SJC Partners are hiring for an exciting opportunity on an exclusive basis for a Key Account Manager. In this role you will play a pivotal part in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, effectively communicating the value of our clients services/products, and expanding their market presence. This position demands a proactive and results-oriented individual who excels in customer engagement and thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Understand and address key customer needs and requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Manage customer account activities including contract negotiation and profitability optimization.
Propose solutions to enhance existing customer objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
Contribute to generating new sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Promote new products and services to customers.
Facilitate communication throughout the order fulfilment process.
Track and expedite customer orders as needed.
Collaborate with management and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute customer visits across Europe, representing the company.
Attend networking events to identify new customers and markets.
Manage business travel efficiently to optimize customer visits.
Convey customer requirements to internal stakeholders.
Follow up on quotations and sales leads to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in sales or key account management.
