Due to a period of sustained growth, a fantastic opportunity has surfaced for a talented Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator or Dental Nurse to join a close client of ours & dental market leader, covering the M4 Corridor & 'South Central' region.

Our client are a close-knit, highly successful Dental Manufacturer that has been supplying the dental market both clinical & technical, for more than 40 years! The business is based on developing ideas generated by dental professionals and turning them into perfectly suited-for-purpose products and through knowledge sourced from a technical background, our client have introduced a whole new dimension to the dental implant market!
Responsibilities:
Communicate with current and potential customers the merits of our client's solutions with a view of achieving sales and growing market share
Competently present the system in a Dental Clinic/ Dental Laboratory environment utilising skills generated through previous employment and on-going training
Support customers and colleagues in providing them with product information, advice on 'best practice’ procedures, troubleshooting and enable them to find solutions to their problems
Actively promote Medical/Technical training courses and cooperate with the Head Office colleagues to ensure coordinated execution
Actively participate and contribute to the organisation of key Dental exhibitions in the UK
Collate information on the UK market developments and current Dental technology trends
Carry out any additional tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives
Achieve forecast sales targets and objectives
Check and continually review all consignment stock in your area on a quarterly basis
Provide advice to customers & colleagues to assist them with their enquiries
About You:
Results driven and able to work autonomously with previous extensive experience in dental implantology, both surgical and restorative, preferably as a Nurse or Treatment Co-ordinator
Positive attitude & confidence to speak with and educate Clinicians/Technicians on company products and solutions
Full UK driving licence - ability to travel across the M4 corridor
Account Management and business development skills
