Overview

As a confident Customer Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to customers both internally and externally. You will act as a first point of contact for customers, processing orders, dealing with inbound calls and maintaining the highest level of customer care at all times. You will be a team player with a can-do attitude with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

Managing and developing Customers accounts and liaising with Customers.

Working within parameters and agreed KPI’s.

Liaising with internal departments and Sales Managers within the business.

Investigating and solving Customer complaints where necessary.

Assisting the Customer Care Supervisor in the implementation of service policies and explaining these to customers.

Maintaining documentation pertaining to Customer Care Team activities.

Managing accounts and customer flow to ensure proficient Customer Service.

Provision of excellent service to a group of assigned accounts (customers) and to develop and maintain a good relationship with them.

Co-ordination of customer requirements from enquiry to delivery. Entering customer orders and sample requests.

Skills:

English language is a must.

Excellent communicator – the ability to communicate effectively at various levels.

Problem solver.

Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Have a strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Ideally have knowledge of SAP.

Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
