The Role:

As a Customer Service Professional you will be the first point of contact for our Customers and Partners, working within our Contact Centre. You’ll be responsible for answering inbound calls and answering a variety of questions regarding their finance plans, coming to the best solution for the customer, delivering a first class outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing telephone-based support and guidance to customers via inbound calls

Empathising and engaging with customers, getting them to tell their story and explain their situation

Focusing on the customers’ needs to supply solutions in a professional and friendly manner

Keeping a variety of internal systems up to date

Skills & Attributes:
