The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing environment , with an affiliation for dealing with key clients based in the UK and Europe, ensuring they meet their OH&S and Environmental responsibilities. Customer Service Representative Permanent position Up to £27,000 per annum Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm Tamworth Customer Service Representative Job Description Manage the customer experience, including responding to email and phone enquiries.
Provide support to key business functions, such as: Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Senior Leadership team.
Ensure that service agreements are up-to-date and followed. Allowing the company and their customers meet internal and external standards.
Prepare customer quotations.
Customer Service Representative Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred, but not essential)
Strong experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to pro-actively plan and prioritise tasks.
A strong understanding of Excel.
