The Package
A basic salary of up to £65k pa (possible flex available for a 100% candidate)
Bonus of 4% of GPM, Realistic Y1 = £30k ote and Y2 = £50k ote

My client is a rapidly growing manufacturer of mobile and fixed HMI Solutions sold into life science manufacturers. Their mobile and fixed solutions unchain the user from fixed point work stations and provide efficiency benefits, reduced downtime and keep operators focused on value added activities. Their solution seamlessly integrates into the users infrastructure, eliminates errors and enhances productivity.
The digital transformation offered by this solutions provides rapid ROI and flexibility. It is already in use in many life science manufactures around the world such as J&J, GSK, Pfizer etc etc
Due to growth they now require a Sales Engineer / Business Development / Account Manager to help drive sales in the Pharma manufacturing networks within the UK.
The ideal candidate
Experience selling to "high value manufacturers " eg pharma, automotive, aero.
Capable to opening doors and networking to open doors and get past the "gate keeper."
Great product demonstration skills and not afraid to present to IT or Manufacturing Management staff.
An aptitude for all things IT hardware
Ideally from a factory automation / IT Hardware background
Understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing processes in their broadest terms.
A go getter / hunter attitude who can bring energy.
Able to produce pipelines and forecast accurately from them.
