Dealing with queries from fee earners and support staff
Client to office transfers
Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
Client and office accounts postings and reconciliation
Knowledge of Solicitors accounts rules desirable
Experience of processing Online banking transactions
Daily Banking duties
VAT compliance and money laundering regulations
At least 2 years experience working within a legal accounts department
Skills required: Excellent numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently on own initiative and within a team
Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills and experience of working with legal software packages
Competent with Microsoft products
A Legal Cashier background of 2+ years (Minimum)
