We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade in an historic riverside hotel near Hampton Court. As Pastry Chef de partie you will join an established brigade of chefs creating fantastic desserts for the hotels various outlets.

Basic salary of between £31,000-£35,000
48 hour contract
4 days on, 3 days off

The Person
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have the following:
Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen, ideally at a similar style property at Pastry CDP level
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
Possess a willingness to meet the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment
