As our People Advisor you will play a pivotal part in our People Team supporting the delivery of our 3-Year Strategy.You will have a solid knowledge of employment law as you will be responsible for providing comprehensive ER support to our Practice Managers across our 51 practices.

When you join Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists as our People Advisor, you are joining an independent business. Although we are national, we are not a huge chain which means we understand the importance of local relationships and the power of choice. We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients which is at the core of what we do.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic People Advisor who is currently working in the capacity of a Generalist People/HR Advisor role and has experience of working within a busy People/HR team. You will have experience of working on multiple caseloads at any one time with a proven track record of providing sound resolution to ER cases.
We are a business that is in a period of significant growth, through acquisitions. A knowledge of TUPE would be an advantage for this role, however, full training and support will be provided.
