Key accountabilities of the Customer Service Manager role
Implement high standards of processes and procedures
Manage complex or escalated customer complaints through to resolution
Use continuous improvement to implement learnings
Communicate and influence at a senior level with strong stakeholder management skills
Drive performance within the team

About you
To be successful in our clients Customer Service Manager role you will need:
Experience in leading customer service teams
Understanding of the impact on service for the wider business
Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to lead change

Track record of achievement and success
