Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a prestigious luxury goods company with several offices in the UK.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction within the UK based clients market managing mainly retail and business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing high-volume inbound calls: Handling inquiries related to products, quotes, orders, and product availability, both for internal and external customers.
Customer Satisfaction: by promptly and efficiently addressing all incoming queries.
End to End Order Management: Overseeing the complete order cycle, from generating quotes to ensuring on-time delivery, while adhering to shipping, quality, and company procedures.
Complaint Resolution: Skilfully resolving customer complaints, invoice discrepancies, and delivery queries.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborating closely with various teams including merchandising, sales, testing, compliance, and shipping to deliver customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Sales Administration: Undertaking general administrative tasks and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives. Assist with after-sales service including fault resolutions.
Data Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in CRM and ERP systems.
Fault Resolution: Handling fault resolution and offering support to both internal and external customers across all aspects of our product range.
Product Expertise: Demonstrating a proactive attitude by gaining knowledge of company’s brands and collections and providing additional support to the team as needed.
Requirements of the Customer Service Specialist:
Fluent in English
Previous experience as customer service advisor, merchandising, sales administration, or order processing experience.
Organised, ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines
Motivated and friendly
Strong communication skills with outstanding telephone manners
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proactive, results orientated with a positive outlook
Solid experience with Microsoft Office
