Manage and lead the Secretarial & Business Support team
Develop and implement customer service policies and standards

Profile
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:
A degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Proven experience in a customer service leadership role
Strong understanding of customer service techniques and strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
