A brilliant opportunity is available for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a leading supplier of self storage based at the Millbrook site.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota - Mon-Fri 08.30-18.00, Sat 08.30-17.00 and Sun 10.00-16.00.
The salary is £25,500.
Please note the interview will include a numerical and literacy test which requires 75% to pass.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure customers receive a high level of service and also achieving a high level of sales for the company.
Main Duties:
Deal with sales enquiries from customers over the telephone and face to face, advising and selling the range of available services to potential and existing customers
Maximise sales enquiries
Complete administration tasks to ensure compliance
Respond effectively to the needs of each customer
Taking customer payments
Full training will be given on all aspects of this role.
