Job Role: Business Development Manager Sector: Hospitality Location: Birmingham City Centre Salary: £36,650 + Commission Benefits: 50% off food and drink Monday to Thursday up to a table of 4.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to encourage repeat custom.
Negotiate and close business deals to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Generating and organising bespoke events.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Ability to utilize and show an understanding of the booking systems and commination's software's.
Self motivator that encourages there team and drives success.
The Ideal Candidate; 3 year's experience at least in a similar role.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Experience in high turnover restaurants is a plus.
