Training Coordinator

Global E&C have a requirement for a Training Coordinator to join our busy offshore resourcing team on a fulltime basis in Aberdeen.
As Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the learning and competency development for the construction function.
Your regular duties will include:
Maintaining the company’s competency program.
Ensuring training certification is issued and processed as required by filing certificates and updating training information in the data system.
Supporting the formulation of training policies, programs and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs.
Liaising with key offshore personnel to manage and maintain compliance targets in relation to training and competence.
Ensuring Minimum Safe Manning Licenses requirements are compliant, including booking of required trainings for the applications’ submissions, as well as liaising with the different agents in a timely manner for the endorsements.
Liaising with training providers to ensure quality of services is delivered.
Scheduling training courses, make arrangements for accommodation and transport.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
Proven operational experience in training and competency.
Background in Training, HSE or HR fields.
Prioritisation skills.
