We are looking for a Scheduling & Customer Service Coordinator for a company in the South of Aberdeen. If you have experience in Training Administration, Planning, Logistics, Operations Admin or similar this could be the role for you.
Customer Service / CRM
Working as part of the Customer Service Team dealing with all customer enquiries and requests received via telephone, email and company website
Providing information and assistance on our training courses
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent Customer Service
Registering leads on CRM system and monitoring their progress to completion
Rotational cover of reception, checking in delegates arriving for training courses
Administration
Process customer bookings ensuring all prerequisite requirements are met
Completion of all related administration tasks and paperwork within designated timescales
Register delegates with awarding bodies
Book online exams for course attendees
Preparation and issuing of training course administration packs
Organise training materials and handouts
Raise awarding body certificates for customers
Preparation and distribution of customer feedback to internal departments
