Part-Time Office Manager

Your new role This position is part-time. You will work 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 9am-5.30pm.
Act as first point of contact for clients and suppliers for office visits
Monthly expense management for senior members of staff
Office catering, including staff breakfasts
Liaise with building management and their suppliers for site services and building maintenance
Answer and screen all incoming calls / messages
Co-ordinate all requirements for all three meeting rooms, including all preparation of rooms (catering, drinks, keeping clean and tidy)
Sort all incoming post/deliveries and arrange for special and recorded deliveries where necessary from the post office
Ordering couriers and taxis for staff, and managing specific deliveries for on-site projects
Managing travel requests from staff members including national/international travel, transport, accommodation.
Provide admin and research support to all departments
General office administration i.e. ordering stationery and consumables
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Office Management duties
Ability to multitask effectively and work on initiative
An outgoing personality
Proficiency in MS Office, teams in particular.
