Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
Overseeing the day to day running of the medium sized CS team
Setting KPI's and targets
Creating a positive and inspired working environment
Liaising with other departments and working collaboratively- especially with Sales
Resolving issues and partaking in process improvement projects
Working to SLA's and improving these
Working closely with international operations and logistics
Overseeing the logistical coordination aspect of the business
Working on projects and CRM system changes
Profile
Key skills that are sought are-
Similar experience in a previous role, Customer service team management of a small to medium sized team
Knowledge of process improvement and working on projects
An understanding of logistics
A positive and can do attitude
Excellent communication skills
A collaborative and thoughtful way of working
Solid knowledge of CRM systems and use within this environment
Be resolution orientated
Be resourceful and forthcoming
