Training will be provided for all set operational procedures.
Dealing with customers on the phone and in the showroom, Working on Sage, Outlook, Word & Excel
Dealing with invoices, chasing up..., requests and complaints.
Perform general administrative duties, maintaining office conditions and supplies.
Skill & Experience:
Knowledge of SAGE Line 50.
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, strong typing skills, meeting deadlines, confident, attention to detail, experience working in fast -paced environment, ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
