We have a new opportunity for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team.
As a Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Working closely with the Merchandiser and Buyers.
Supporting the Merchandiser with excel reporting and preparation, analysis, data entry and general administrative duties.
You must have an interest in fashion and preferably a background working for a luxury fashion brand.
Identify and raise PO’s in-line with the buying and delivery schedule
Managing critical path and ensuring all deliveries are on time and actioning any changes to supplier revised delivery dates.
Assisting the team in preparation for Monday Trade Meetings.
Liaising with wider business to provide updates on products coming into the business.
Chase in priority orders with suppliers.
Liaise with the warehouse regarding any stock queries and necessary purchase amendments.
Ensure products are delivered to warehouse in time with full Merchandising capabilities and managing the delivery schedule.
Essential Skills/Experience
Able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical mindset and ability
Able to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your time.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisation skills and able to work well under pressure.
Salary: £24,000
