Change Recruitment is currently recruiting for some Permanent Helpdesk Advisors, starting in the next couple of weeks, to work for our valued client in the Hospitality industry in Edinburgh.
In... hardware support, on a shift rota basis 7 days a week.
The primary functions being call logging, call resolution and excellent customer service.
A vital part of this role is owning the customer's call, updating both the call notes and the customer regularly (and Account Manager or Client Services Manager where necessary) and ensuring the call is closed quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
Phone support and call resolution
Checking and logging calls left on the answer machine
Checking and re-allocating calls logged via the web
