My high-profile banking client are recruiting for multiple Contact/ Call centre advisors to join their growing team! This is a Hybrid role which will require the successful candidate to work on site only 3 days a week and 2 days from home, working normal office hours 9-5. The role will be for an initial 6-month contracting position with likelihood for extensions.
Day to day includes...
Respond to all shareholder queries received by phone, email, letter or webchat. 80% of the role is phone based and the other 20% is admin/ investigating cases.
Places telephone trades in accordance with instructions received.
Responds to straightforward questions about shareholder accounts and providing technical assistance, responding fast, efficient, and accurate.
Investigate errors in shareholder accounts and statements.
Route issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures and responds to shareholder once issue resolved.
Review daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
What do we need from you?
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience in contact centre or client service preferred.
