The Package
Up to £40,000 per annum
40 hours a week
Monday - Friday (occasional weekend)
Hours - 7am till 3:30pm

The Job Role
Head Chef to manage the kitchen activities including overseeing staff, assisting with production. preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, monitoring, ordering, and stocking.
The Head Chef will delegate tasks daily to sous chef and other kitchen staff; manage their progress throughout the day.
There will be opportunities to do demos and presentations for clients and to visit other sites around the world.
You will maintain meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
Head Chef will need to adhere to inflight services security compliance.
To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team of 22.
Head Chef with full autonomy on menus with support to introduce new ideas and offerings.
The Requirements
A proven track record within a high volume and fresh food operation.
The Head Chef will understand various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken.
A team player who leads from the front.
The Head Chef must be able to lead and influence the kitchen team.
