Person Specification

At least 3 years HR generalist experience

Able to utilise previous HR experience to suggest ideas for improvement

Excellent organisation and IT skills MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel

Keen attention to detail

Hands on and flexible approach

Excellent understanding of UK employment law

Self starter and able to work on own initiative but also to engage with the team as needed
