Teaching Assistant Vacancy - Cardiff School
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a rewarding role in a Cardiff-based school, catering to primary-aged pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as those experiencing trauma, ASD, and challenging behaviour.
Key Details:
Location: Cardiff
Pupils: Up to 60 primary-aged students
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Rate: £12.82/hr (inclusive of holiday pay)
Contract: Term time only, with weekly pay
Role Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role supporting children with additional needs
An empathetic approach with a deep understanding of the children’s needs
Ability to manage challenging behaviour constructively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Mandatory:
Full registration with REED
