Our client are an expansive Regenerative Farming Consultancy, who’s purpose is to provide Farmer’s with the correct decisions towards improving their sustainability.

The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with excellent communication skills and ideally a background or interest in Agriculture, Agronomy or Soil Science.
As the Business Development Manager you will create opportunity through prospecting and networking, as developing project level B2B opportunities with Senior Stakeholders across the UK.
Requirements\Qualifications
Proven experience within a sales, or business development environment
Excellent communication skills
Target and results driven
Organised and self-starting
Purpose led, driven by doing the right thing and always acting with integrity
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
Identifying new BD, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships and projects.
Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
Networking: conferences, shows and events to build relationships with industry partners.
Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
Developing a strong understanding of the company’s products.
