Professionally represent the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities.
Drive strategic target setting, as well as forecasting and reporting on department budgeting.?
Mentor managers and support with their learning and development to ensure they in turn manage the junior team effectively.?
Uphold close liaison with other departments (tax, R&D etc.).
