As the Head of Membership on this 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract, you will be responsible for continuing to grow and manage Estelle Manors membership activities. You will work with the Director of Membership to develop and manage programs, initiatives, and policies to increase membership and drive membership engagement ensuring retention and growth, and you will lead the Estelle Manor membership office continuously driving our membership strategy.
Who we are looking for
A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader.
Experience in membership management within a luxury brand.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
