Managing payroll reconciliations with precision and high attention to detail
Oversee accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
Between 5 - 10 years minimum of experience within accounting and/or finance
Must be a very strong user of Excel (essential)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Have a good understanding of payroll (essential)
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Meticulous by nature
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a flair for numbers.
