The successful candidate will become the organisation’s subject matter expert for D365FO and you will play a pivotal role in the development and management of the suite of enterprise software solutions. The successful candidate will be comfortable collaborating with different organisational layers and coordinate with business and technology teams defining, planning, and refining the work to be completed to achieve them. The position requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O.
The client is based in Coventry and the expectation is to come into the office once or twice a month.
Key skills and Experience:
Communicate, outline and implement a strong strategy, whilst ensuring that the balance of current processes are adhered to and that the operating model, service levels, resources and cost-base are fit for purpose to support overall strategy.
Reduce costs and improve business efficiency within the businesses environment by promoting collaboration & digital workplace
Recognise business activities and its aspirations, through culture and strategy as to ensure the effective and delivery of technology to support overall strategy.
Maintain and improve service delivery levels and formulate a shared service method for all business units.
Understand customer needs, validate solutions, and serve as primary product expert
Lead development, design of products and the release process for relevant products and maintain development road map.
Lead the virtual team with the support of the Architects, Business Change & Service Delivery. Ensure external and internal resources both internal resources and 3rd party partners have the capability to deliver against the plan.
Identify and implement continuous improvement to products and services to maximise adoption & value from investments.
Continuous monitoring of all technologies to ensure they are up to date to current release and how this may impact innovation initiatives.
Identify risks to innovation and to deliverables, by managing stakeholder expectations.
Ensure that solutions support business outcomes through engaging with all stakeholders and make sure they can be easily communicated and understood.
Managing all contracts in relation to the IT systems and delivering to required standards.
Main Responsibilities:
IT Product Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of the company’s future IT strategy, as well as operating and maintaining the existing systems and infrastructure.
