Preparing trial balances
Ensuring all invoices are issued on time within the correct billing cycle.
Assist in all queries that arise through billing to ensure this is rectified in a timely and professional manner.
Raising and allocation of all credit notes as per the company’s process.
Performing bank reconciliations
Performing other duties as required
Assisting with preparation of commentary on variance analysis and performance reportable to the company, as required
Assisting with interim and year-end statutory audits
Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
Requirements: Must come from a consumer/retail background
Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate at all levels.
Short notice period/immediately available
Part Qualified ACA/ CIMA / ACCA
Strong technical and analytical skills
Good working knowledge of Excel
Taking responsibility of timely delivering to the deadline
Quick to learn and adaptable to changing work allocation and environment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
